I'm showing my sculpture "Helical Happenstance" (see posts below) and my image "The Riddle" at a cool new gallery in Pasadena. My wife Snow Mack is showing her amazing work as well. Please join us at the opening this Saturday night if you can make it.  I got this swell 18 inch tall 3D print of my sculpture "Helical Happenstance" from my friends at Offload Studios. Like the biblical Tower of Babel, it is designed to unite all humans with a common language and reach up into the heavens, making anything we can imagine possible.  I created "Helical Happenstance" using a combination of procedural rule-based techniques and volumetric sculpting. These are photos of the actual 8 inch tall 3d print in polyamide nylon. It is so amazing to experience this impossible object in the physical world! This 8 inch tall 3d print is available now for sale in the store. Other sizes and materials available on request.
